1. The test

FUN FUND is an early-stage budgeting and financial-planning tool for people aged 18 or over. Features may change, contain errors or occasionally be unavailable. Please keep your own copies of important financial records.

2. Not financial, tax or debt advice

FUN FUND provides estimates and planning prompts, not personalised financial, investment, tax, legal or debt advice. Tax calculations—including PAYE and self-employed estimates—are planning estimates and may not reflect your circumstances, HMRC adjustments or payment dates. Check important decisions with HMRC or an appropriately authorised adviser.

3. No bank connection

FUN FUND does not move money or connect to your bank. You enter and update figures yourself. You remain responsible for checking them against your real accounts.

4. Your account and information

When accounts are enabled, keep your sign-in method secure and provide accurate information. Do not access another person’s account, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material or use FUN FUND for fraud or abuse.

5. Privacy and marketing

Our privacy notice explains how information is handled. Service terms and optional email marketing are separate choices. You can use FUN FUND without agreeing to marketing and can withdraw marketing permission at any time.

6. Availability and ending access

You may stop using the test at any time and use the available deletion control. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or operation of the test. If the test closes, we will give reasonable notice where practical.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, FUN FUND is not responsible for losses caused by relying on an estimate, inaccurate information you entered, or loss of locally stored test data. Consumer rights that apply to you are not affected.

8. Changes and law

If a material change affects how the service works, testers will be shown updated terms before continuing. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; mandatory consumer protections and rights to use your local courts remain unaffected.

Draft for product testing. Obtain UK legal/DPO review before a wider public or paid launch.
